  • EMDR (Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) Highly effective treatment for healing from PTSD & traumatic experiences

  • Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Attachment-focused therapy effective for untangling, understanding, and transforming your emotional experiences
